The active ingredients in Juvelook may not achieve deep absorption by simply applying them to the skin surface. Therefore, at our clinic,

we apply a layering technique using MTS (Microneedle Therapy System) and Secret RF (Needle Radiofrequency) devices to effectively deliver the skin booster to the skin.

The particle size of Juvelook skin booster is approximately 30-50μm. This size allows it to penetrate the skin effectively when using MTS or Secret RF devices. Furthermore, we perform the treatment in a layering manner to minimize drug loss.

Layering Technique Using MTS

MTS creates micro-channels approximately 150μm deep on the skin surface, securing pathways for skin booster ingredients to be delivered effectively into the skin.

Our clinic divides the MTS treatment into four layering steps to enhance skin booster absorption.

First, the skin booster is applied to the epidermal layer to prepare (prime) the skin.

Then, after needling to a shallow depth, the skin booster is applied to target the epidermal layer.

Next is the step of injecting the skin booster, targeting the boundary between the dermis and epidermis.

Finally, the skin booster is intensively applied to specific areas where the patient expects improvement, such as pores or scars.

Layering Method Using Secret RF Needle Radiofrequency

Secret RF forms micro-channels approximately 180μm in size on the skin, then uses radiofrequency heat to contract these channels. This process can reduce fluid reflux (overflow) that might occur in conventional needle treatments and helps Juvelook ingredients reach the dermal layer more precisely while minimizing drug loss.

Compared to manual injection, Secret RF may have a possibility of drug loss. However, it offers the advantage of delivering the drug more uniformly to the targeted dermal layer. Additionally, one of the features of this method is its ability to reduce pain during treatment while ensuring the drug penetrates evenly.

Similar to MTS treatment, Secret RF also allows for needle depth adjustment, enabling us to perform the treatment in a four-step layering method.
